CERS (Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management)

CERS is the research center where I am affiliated with and it is about to celebrate 10 years of uninterrupted research following the research tradition of the Nordic School. In total 46 doctoral dissertations have been defended at CERS, and I hope to add mine soon.

The research center is hosted at Hanken School of Economics and is a leading knowledge centre that focuses on research in service and relationship marketing. Some of the brilliant researchers affiliated with CERS include Christian Grönroos, Maria Holmlund, Anu Helkkula, Veronica Liljander, Christian Kowalkowski and Tore Strandvik.
